RETURNS

Our policy establishes a 30-day return period. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, the item must be intact and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

For different types of goods, returns are excluded. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items for which returns are excluded:

* Gift certificates

* Downloadable software products

* Certain health and personal care items

For returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable):

* Book with obvious signs of use.

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or opened vinyl record.

* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours.

* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you that we have received the item.
